• the real estate fund Portland Trust in connection with the acquisition and further development of the Bucharest West Park industrial facility as well as in connection with other on-going multimillion Euro real estate projects throughout Romania;
• the real estate fund Global Finance in connection with the acquisition and further development of several high-profile real estate locations in Bucharest and the County of Ilfov;
• the Calsonic Kansei Corporation Japan together with Calsonic Kansei Europe in connection with the implementation of their newest automotive manufacturing plant in the County of Prahova, Romania;
• the equity fund Zeus Capital Partners in connection with their residential projects throughout Romania;
• the joint venture formed of a Portuguese real estate developer and the Prahova County Council in connection with what is considered one of Romania’s largest mixed-use real estate projects comprising an area to be built of over one million square meters and a ninety thousand square meter shopping centre;
• a consortium of British and American private investors in connection with the leasing and further acquisition of over three thousand hectares of agricultural land in Romania;
• the Ploiesti Industrial Park in connection with several of their commercial matters tied to the development and expansion of the industrial park; 
• a major Portuguese construction company in connection with the implementation of a corporate presence in Romania as well as with their key real estate matters;
